Not happy so far...
Talked with someone over online chat before I ordered asking where the parts ship from. I was told either Texas or California so I thought great, should reach me in Texas quickly and I need the part ASAP.Spoke again with online chat and they told me it would be shipped the day after I contacted them because I was surprised that it hadn't been shipped yet. Two days later I chatted with someone and they said it would be shipped out that day. I know it's the holidays this time of year, but the tracking number I was given still shows 4 days later that it's sitting at a shipping partner and hasn't gotten to the USPS yet. And also it's being shipped from NY, far far from Texas or California.
