QLOGIC QL45611HLCU disappointment
First quote from James was on December 12th 2022. for 26 pcs new bulk. Paid in advance! Six months later still no complete delivery. 20 items have been delivered, 2 are on the way, and refund for 4 pcs has been made (we have agreed only on 1 pcs + 5 refund). The items that were delivered are not new bulk, but used, dusty, some of them haven't got visible serial no, 2 of them are bad etc... I have send several emails to James but did not get answer why the items are used ones. Communication with James was very difficult, distrustful, and it has been a bad buying experience for us as a customer. Used cards are not usable for the project, and we could also get used cards for significantly lower price. We had to double buy items from a different supplier to close the deal. In the end I have a feeling of a total "ripoff", would not trust to buy anything from your company again and would not recommend to any. Best regards. Very disappointed customer.
