The condition of the item was inexcusable!
The item was covered with some extremely sticky stuff that had to be cleaned off with alcohol. The inside packaging was difficult to open. I haven't plugged it in yet, if it's sticky inside it's going back. There is no good excuse for the condition of this item but I deserve to know the reason.
