I waited over a week to receive the battery I ordered. When it FINALLY arrived, it was open box with the sealed stickers completely removed and the wrong battery. Called the company, they said they couldn't help over the phone, I had to email. This is unacceptable. I tried to give business to a business other than Amazon, but I FAILED. Will ask for an Immediate refund and take my business elsewher
